  Undergone Foundation Program training at Infosys Ltd, Mysuru. Infosys, Mysuru hosts the world's largest corporate training centre which is one of its kind. The training imparted to a fresher by Infosys is unmatched and really a once in a lifetime event. I am sure that the training phase for an Infoscion is a lifetime memorable and cherishable event.I completed the 3-month Foundation Program training at Infosys Ltd, Mysuru.The training was Roller Coaster ride and it imparted numerous technical as well as soft skills, if one talks about the technical aspect of my foundation training,the training was divided into Generic and Stream phases, covering technical skills such as:- Generic phase: Python, OOP's using python, RDBMS, SQL, Software Engineering, Performance Tuning, and Networking Fundamentals- Stream phase: PowerShell , Client and Server Administration, Windows Administration , Active Directory, VM creations and Basics of MS AzureI achieved 77% in both phase assessments, exceeding the minimum requirement of 65%.Now, if we come to Soft-Skills imparted during the foundation training, Infosys takes care of all the horizon, they leave no stone unturned in order to groom their trainees to the best. Some of the most interesting modules that a Trainee undergo during his training phase is Business Communication, Creating Confidence, Design thinking, Engaging Stakeholders.Only a Trainee will understand the kind of journey that one goes through his Infosys training phase. Infosys Foundation Training has evolved me in terms of Technicalities, Grooming, Soft-Skills and moreover it has made me a well-rounded professional and a better individual. Show less
