      As a Composite Manufacturing Lead, managed composite lamination for three aircraft programs with an annual workload of over 30,000 parts. Responsibilities included ensuring program met projected production goals; ensuring the shift crew, comprised of 15 people, employed industry best practices and complied with corporate safety policies; conducted work area inspections and bilingual training; participated in weekly safety meetings; ensured compliance with HAZMAT policies and protocols, as well as ensuring company fire mitigation procedures were understood and employed.As a Composite Technician, performed all phases of aerospace composite lamination processes including tool preparation, wet lay-up, pre-preg, vacuum bagging, autoclave operation, composite trimming, drilling, sanding, bonding, composite repair with extensive use of carbon graphite, Kevlar, fiberglass and quartz.
