      Dronacharya Award Sopra Steria Jun 2020 The last 6 months of Smith and Nephew PMPA project has been very challenging for Sopra Steria and Integration with DocuSign was utmost critical for Signing of documents where Girish provided end to end solution to integrate PMPA with DocuSign. Girish efforts significantly improved our delivery to the client and turned round the client perception of our delivery and capability. Girish had massively contributed in mentoring/upskilling the new developers to come up to speed with the project. He has built up the trust of the client both from a support and project perspective. He kept regular contact with the wider project team on shore to make sure we are all aligned and there are no communications issues. We have also had some offshore resourcing challenges in terms of Marklogic Skills, Once again Girish has risen to this challenge and supported in training and development without any impact to the delivery activities. Girish being the member of “Technical leadership group” was exemplary in taking quick decision on all complex topics. His support to S&N business analysts for creation of requirement was lauded by the client.
