  I am responsible for analyzing customer demands and continuous improvement in IT.As Technical Lead I develop all in-house cloud based solutions used by the company, our drivers and customers.All web applications are built on a NodeJS backend with MongoDB Atlas database.I have strong skills in MongoDB query and index optimization and MongoDB Data Modeling. As of 2014 I am a Certified MongoDB Associate.I have strong skills in ReactJS and HTML as 60% of our web applications are built with ReactJS. We have a web based PWA order application for our customers built with ReactJS which has a 99/100 total Google Lighthouse score. I carefully plan the development process of every app in order to maintain high quality apps which are future proof. As of 2013 I am the internal Quality Manager for Gorselé.I am LRQA certified as Internal Lead Auditor in ISO standards.
