  Trevor's main role at USMR is Collateral Manager. One of US Mortgage Resolution's biggest strengths is promising near perfect collateral. USMR can do this because of Trevor's knowledge and expertise of collateral documents. Trevor has recorded over 1,000 and prepared over 20,000 collateral related documents such as but not limited to: Assignment of Mortgages, Allonges, RESPA Letters, Satisfaction of Mortgages, and Loan-Modifications. Trevor is also a notary public which helps expedite the velocity of getting our buyers their collateral documents as fast as possible.As Collateral Manager, Trevor's responsibilities are to:Oversee, review and manage the handling of collateral files to ensure that all documents are correct and complete. Help facilitate loan transfers from the Hello Letter to the Goodbye Letter and everything in between including preparing new assignments and allonges.Be knowledgeable of the recording requirements of the 3,143 US counties and to ensure that documents are recorded as fast as possible. Before being promoted to Collateral Manager, Trevor was a Lead Resolution Specialist for US Mortgage Resolution. In less than a year Trevor personally helped satisfy over $3,000,000.00 of debt ensuring that over 30 families would get to stay in their homes with a better financial future.As a Workout Specialist Trevor's responsibilities were to:Negotiate and process short sales to reduce loss to the client and investor.Strong internal and external customer service skills, including professional telephone manner.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems and conflict.As a Lead Research Specialist Trevor's responsibilities are to:Locate individuals who are behind on mortgage payments by using advanced computer programs, credit reports, public records, tax or legal filings, or other resources.Conduct background investigations of individuals.
