  As the head of a team of junior associates at J-K, my responsibilities included a range of legal tasks such as preparing due diligence reports, conducting core legal research, providing opinions, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating corporate and commercial transactions, and representing clients in courts.During my tenure, I was part of the corporate/commercial team that rendered advisory services to the Korean Embassy and provided article and recommendation on various investment laws and possible areas of investment in Nigeria Special Economic Zones, particularly the Enyimba Economic City-Project MINE.In addition to my advisory role, I also played an active role in litigation, representing clients in both criminal and civil cases. My strong advocacy skills and strategic thinking allowed me to successfully navigate the complexities of the legal system and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.I am proud of the contributions I made to J-K and the valuable experience I gained during my time there. My diverse skill set, ranging from legal research to client representation, has equipped me with a solid foundation for success in the legal profession. Show less
