  Dr. Daniel Selby is the Founder and CEO of Daniel Selby PLLC, IT Auditors + Certified Public Accountants + Advisors. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in audit, internal controls, governance, compliance, financial reporting, and SOC reporting. Daniel’s client experience includes ALCOA, ABC Capital Cities, AT&T, BankAmerica, Wells Fargo, HP, Allied Signal, Honeywell, Port of Oakland, and the DC Lottery. Most recently, Daniel has been a professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels of Auditing, Advanced Auditing, IT Auditing, Accounting Information Systems, Intermediate Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Management Accounting. Daniel has presented his research on IT governance and IT automated controls in Africa, Europe, and all across the U.S. You can find his research in numerous journals such as the ISACA Journal and Decision Support Systems. He is now dedicating his resources towards meeting the needs of user entities and scalable service entities.Daniel earned his Doctorate of Accounting from Florida State University, Masters in Accounting Information Systems from Florida State University, and B.S. in Accounting from Norfolk State University. Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, Florida, and Virginia and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Show less
