  Progressed to Financial Controller and took on a Senior Manager role becoming involved in wider teams to help the Directors turn strategy into reality with my roots still firmly in Management Accounting.I then led a project that replaced all ERP systems at the company with SAP whilst also replacing our manufacturing software with a bespoke package for plastic film manufacturing. A hugely challenging but rewarding time that gave me the opportunity to learn many new skills and learn (in depth) the tools used all around the business.The key to this success was the building of great working relationships with our internal project teams in both Germany and Cramlington.
