    • Northwest Haiti Christian Mission

      Jan 2019 - now
      Leadership and Community Engagement Intern

As the Leadership and Community Engagement Intern at Northwest Haiti Christian Mission, I have planned and executed programs for boys and girls with abusive trauma, developing tailored curriculum to support their healing. I coordinated and promoted the mission’s annual 1,000-person event, ensuring its success year after year. I conducted orientations and tours for mission teams of over 50 Americans and maintained communication with sponsors and donors, providing updates on the needs of orphanage children. Additionally, I managed inventory for the campus, overseeing the allocation of annual supply shipments to various programs. I also led a children's church of 200 kids, creating engaging lessons and organizing games, and translated medical instructions for non-English speakers at the campus clinic. Show less
