Under my current role of Project Administrator, I have taken on a few more responsibilities, such as supporting the Manager and Coordinator in the launch of our ONEcard program, to commence in September 2024. This includes the implementation of a communication plan to students, staff, and faculty, informing them of the upcoming change through emails, social media, and campus-wide announcements. I have also been given the opportunity to offer presentations to Carleton departments, based on our office operations. I will also continue my work in hiring, on-boarding, and mentoring this summer, as we hire staff for our 2024-2025 academic year. Show less As an Administrative Support Assistant, I was responsible for migrating all of our training materials onto Brightspace, a virtual learning software. This project required me to format training materials and content into an easily digestible format, and create quizzes and tests to ensure information retention in learners. Additionally, I was responsible for the management of our campus-wide Lost and Found database, and all associated processes. I was also responsible for the bookings of our event space. This included communicating with student groups and academic departments, coordinating dates and times with interested parties, and being aware of Carleton policies and procedures. Show less In my time with the Campus Identification and Information department, I have been given a multitude of opportunities to further enhance my career and experience. Working as a Team Lead, I gained experience with hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new Customer Service Representatives. I have completed resume selections, participated in interviews, and led training sessions for new hires, as well as updating and improving our training materials, and mentoring Representatives throughout the term. I was also responsible for ensuring that our front counter operations ran efficiently, as well as completing UPass reconciliations, and answering phones and emails. Show less
