  Ladder to the Moon provides creative training in social care, particularly dementia care, using a multi-disciplinary team of trainers, coaches and specialist actor practitioners. I have worked in social care settings and at conferences delivering creative interventions, facilitating staff training, and modelling person-centred approaches to dementia care. I produced edited films of training and events. Managing the successful delivery of Ladder to the Moon's programmes of staff development and creative interventions in social care settings from planning through delivery and evaluation.
