Three phases of research are reported, which examined the multidimensionality of fiction, of empathy, and of immersion in fiction. I produced edited films of training and events. Managing the successful delivery of Ladder to the Moon's programmes of staff development and creative interventions in social care settings from planning through delivery and evaluation.
