      1. Conducted fundamental and applied research on Low-E thin film materials and deposition technologies. 2. Demonstrated team member competencies and participated in goal-setting and performance feedback, organized and designed these processes of precursor material selection and validation, vaporization temperature, deposition temperature and pressure and other deposition parameters.3.
