ELISA immunoassay kits were validated and used for the analysis of amphetamine, benzodiazepine, opiate, cocaine, methadone and cannabis drugs in blood and urine samples taken under Road Traffic Act, 1994.Co-ordination of survey of 2000 samples submitted for alcohol testing for the presence of drugs of abuse. Liaison with the Garda Síochana with respect to drug analysis. Analysis of blood and urine samples taken under R.T.A. for alcohol content.
