  I started working in finance & accounting, up to being seconded as interim financial manager for 4 sugar plants, then I moved to taxes and I was in charge of tax due diligence and tax audits.

  My responsibilities include analysis of company's taxes with the view of tax optimization, while ensuring tax compliance. I provide ongoing support to daily business, by providing tax advice on various transactions. My team also include quality coordinators, which assess compliance to SOX controls and I am responsible for representing the company during tax audits. I had the chance to extend my responsibilities in the training area and I provide basic finance training to my colleagues in other departments.
