  Provide case management and support services to families of infants and toddlers. Lead a team of therapists and educators to assure children are receiving the early intervention services they need. Provide education and support for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Conduct home visits to work directly with children and provide training for parents concerning their child’s individual developmental needs. Monitor the child’s developmental progress and refer them for additional evaluation and support services as needed. Collaborate with a team of therapists to assure each family’s needs are addressed.
