Having successfully rationalizing supplier in key spend areas we are now focusing on strategic implementation of the new financial & business models.Currently also researching Sourcing tools to be able to conduct their feasibility studies.Client Executive with several Business Units of a Global Pharma company managing their L&D Spend, by Strategically Sourcing & Procuring Training services. My goal was to help Business units drive savings in Multi Million $ Budgets. Show less As an Inside Sales Lead I am now also responsible for undertaking small scale one off projects in addition to my existing responsibilities as inside sales for NIIT RFP responses and sales enablement for my main client Dell for their Dell Education Services Department for EMEA.As Inside Sales Lead I have successfully provided resources to develop training materials for a SAP deployment. This involved understanding the customer resource requirement, recruiting and getting the resources interviewed and on-boarded on to the project. After the project was underway we had to be constantly involved in performance management for the resources who were both on-shore and off-shore. As the deployment reached its logical conclusion we had to relieve the resources one by one.I also was responsible for entering into the Testing Industry by Providing facilities for major English Language and commercially-run standardized tests that are a requirement for many graduate schools. We are now looking into going in for Test Preparation courses with various delivery modes under consideration. My responsibilities include preparing solutions for individual training projects and RFP responses. I have been involved in building Global solutions for Global Bids by building and managing relationships with Vendors Worldwide. Customers in Europe have included Government Ministries, Large Enterprises and top Global 500 companies.While our primary area of interest is EMEA i have been involved in on-boarding partners in Emerging Europe( Slovakia, Russia, Turkey, etc.) This involved us overcoming language barriers and starting business relationships n countries where NIIT was not previously engaged.Also part of my responsibilities is marketing & promotion of Education Services NIIT provides Dell.
