  I currently work for Starbucks company and really enjoy it. I've been named partner of the quarter twice and constantly look for ways to develop my clients quality of life by providing fast and humble service for those that are on the go and an intimate and personalized service for those that intend on sticking around for a few hours. My number one focus is on customer experience, by prioritizing them and letting daily tasks fall second to their needs and demands. Secondly I place Partner experience. I put my energy into assuring all my coworkers have the encouragement and support needed to help them enjoy every shift. My tasks consist of daily floor management, cash handling and deposit, delegating tasks to my surrounding employees and bi daily orders and inventories. I've successfully reached goals such as; customer connection, drive thru service times and waste and labor controls as well as receiving and 100% grade for QASA food a safety inspection. I'm certified in food safety by the quebec government as well as i've received a Starbucks Coffee Master certification after completing an 8 week course on coffee culture.
