      As Deputy Manager Reliability, my prime responsibilities include improvement of equipment reliability by utilizing Predictive Maintenance tools including:> Vibration Data acquisition and analysis utilizing Pruftechnik vibration analyzer > Ultrasound Analysis using SDT Ultrasound recorder (SDT 270)> Infrared thermal imaging utilizing FLIR Thermal Camera > Utilizing ESA ( Electrical Signature Analysis) and MCA ( Motor Circuit Analysis) to determine the health and current condition of large Motors and identify the defect patterns at an early stage to support continuous operation and prevent unplanned downtime of equipment. > Supervise Maintenance team in conducting Equipment Oil Analysis and their reports preparation through third party to investigate any contamination that can hamper the routine operation.
