      From October 2019 to March 2020 I had a role as a sales assistant at the high street clothing brand Outfit. I acted as a help to all customers who entered the shop, ensuring they found everything they needed and providing high customer service to guarantee the sales targets were met. I had to be a quick learner to ensure I could do all transactions on the tills including purchases, returns, exchanges and setting up an Outfit master card. During my time there I learnt the importance of good communication between team members as I worked there over the Christmas period (meaning the store got extremely busy), so we had to ensure customers got the clothes they wanted from the stock room and be aware of each others needs in different areas of the busy store, such as the till and fitting rooms.
