      Develop and maintain applications that are needed for fingerprinting. I was also responsible for taking over pieces of software that were written in VB and Java from the contractors. The challenge was to make this transition as smooth as possible for all the parties involved. Conflict Management and Negotiation techniques were highly essential for the take over. In addition, I worked as the PM on a project that involved moving the database from Oracle 9i to 11g.
