For quality assurance the company provided training by sending trainers from Ottawa office every 3 months.-Trained 150 staff in using new DEM editing tools. -Set up Recurrent Training system; the system identified editors that had problem in particular errors and assisted them with hands-on training. The system worked with different keys such as Metric system (Statistic error/time record), Adobe Learning System, 50 training PowerPoints, and hands-on training. -Set up, maintained, and manipulated the Proactive Training Repository; translated site descriptions into Thai and set up the site within internal network using HTML. Editors could access over 50 training PowerPoints and other information in the website from their workstations anytime.-Identified process or equipment problems and recommended corrective measures.
