  I was responsible for managing a business critical IT service. The service consisted of systems (e.g. SAP CRM) that the company wide sales force used for product configuration (about 3000 users). My tasks included stakeholder management (internal customers, suppliers), need management, leading development & support, budgeting, and solid line management. The service & team was out sourced to TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) 1.3.2013 I was part of a global unit that developed and improved the company´s sales & supply chain capabilities. My tasks were to analyse, plan & implement process improvements proposed by stakeholders (internal customers and line management). As part of a change program (Customization capabilities), I lead a stream where the approach for consumer sales package creation was re-evaluated. I also managed a project that speeded up new product launch at factories. I was responsible for managing a business critical product (i.e. IT service). The service consisted of systems that the company wide sales force used for product configuration (about 2000 users). My tasks included stakeholder management (internal customers, suppliers), need management, leading development & support, budgeting and line management. As part of a large (SAP logistics) change program my tasks were to evaluate customer needs, turn those into solutions (develop something new or modify something existing), to test & follow-up the results and then deploy the solutions globally. My focus area was “Customer Order Management” My tasks were to gather internal customer needs and based on evaluation plan the contents and scope of the next upcoming projects. At the time there were many stakeholders with varying needs so I had to be a diplomat to get projects moving. I also managed a team that took care of small scale (daily) development tasks and I also handled vendor management. During a time of fast growth of Nokia, my team facilitated integration of processes & ERP-systems between global business units. My tasks were to travel around these units and enable the stakeholders to understand & agree on the process. I also acted as technical specialist and system integration support.
