  I was the Regional Director for Indi Yoga for two locations in Albuquerque, NM & one studio in Denver, CO. This was an all encompassing role as my position evolved as the company grew. I oversaw about 50 yoga teachers, 75 teacher trainees and was the primary contact for all program enrollment for our few thousand students throughout my time at the company. I have very comfortable with sales, marketing and program enrollment. I have extensive experience in HR including hiring, development & training, managing payroll, as well as navigating challenging conversations during times of growth and change. I enjoy roles that are fast paced and multi-faceted. I can easily stay grounded while managing multiple calendars, sometimes across state lines or even time zones and love problem solving and program management.   I transitioned into the role of Taproom Manager to help this growing business navigate through Covid-19 protocols. We were able to not just maintain sales but actually expand our taproom operations, develop an online merchandise site, and expand distribution into other states. While much of the service industry was struggling we were actually growing! We not only increased sales but I also developed an in-depth staff training and development program that allowed us to have some of the most highly trained and knowledgable staff in the state.   I created and operated my own online yoga business that specialized in functional yoga focussed on addressing the individual instead of a one-size-fits all model. I offered live group classes via Zoom as well as highly specialized one-on-one lessons primarily in the Chronic Pain Management field. I also offered a series on online videos for people to practice in their own time. I created all the content and managed daily communications via social media, email, and phone calls with my clients.
