  Responsibilities include -• Management and oversight of all product development related activities at Smith Optics including products in the following categories — Snow Helmets; Bike Helmets; Goggles; Sunglasses; and Rx Eyewear. • Management of the Product Creation department which is made up of a team of Designers, Product Development Managers, Engineers, and Consultants. • Planning and management of $1.5+ Million CapEx budget, as well as ensuring the profitability of all new products. In the past 2.5 years at Smith, My team has developed and successfully launched to mass production over 100 Sunglass models, 10 helmets, and 8 goggles. Products of particular note are the Attack Mag Sunglass, Forefront 2 mtb helmet, 4D Mag and IO Mag family of goggles. Show less
