  I have approximately 8 years of experience in the QA/QMS field in the gloves manufacturing company. My early career started with the task to control the overall Quality Management System (QMS) in the continuation of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification. The QMS department has to ensure the Quality Manual, Quality procedures, IQA and MRM were implemented at all departments and all registered factories in Malaysia. In the 3rd year, I'd been promoted to the position of Product Quality Control Coordinator and QA HOD which had given me an opportunity to execute in quality improvement project and resolve internal issues involving my team. It has challenged my leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee their daily routine and handle any unexpected occurrence at the factory's operation.In 2013, as part of the talent development program, I've been given a new task to work in theQA/Marketing Division and apply my technical knowledge/ expertise on the product and process tocontrol quality compliance in handling customer's inquiry and proposing computerization systemfor easy retrieval of product information and product's sample, creating auto-approval and alertsystem of Artwork and Customer Complaint.   The project to be executed for KVMRT CMTS-SBK Line 1 was to provide voice and data communication between the mobile telephone users and mobile operators system within stations, and tunnels. My roles not limited to manufacturing and supplying equipment and system as designed, I have to analyze relevant standards, established manufacturing plan and liaise with regulatory authorities while maintaining high quality and safety. In logistics and regulatory matters, I managed the importation of equipment and Type Approval (TA)/permits acquisition. For instance, I dealt with the custom and SIRIM for the equipment that requires import duties. Monitored the process of goods received from overseas until it been kept at the appointed warehouse. Once the equipment been stored, RFI (Request for Inspection) was conducted and all the findings of the report generated through EDMS.
