It prepared bilingual individuals to serve as Health Care Interpreters in medical settings through focusing on medical terminology and anatomy in both languages, bilingual delivery in Spanish & English, clinical practicum to apply learning in a health care setting, and teaching the NCIHC Codes of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
