      A*STAR Skin Research Labs (A*SRL)Working in close collaboration with National Skin Centre on projects focused on the utilization of microneedles for accurate diagnosis of various skin infections. • Conducted RT-qPCR, dPCR and PCR for the evaluation of efficacy and species diversity of skin microbiome. Working on projects for the detection of skin microbiome and genomic markers of skin aging through novel skin sampling device and molecular detection techniques. • Conducted an IRB-approved volunteer study for data collection and managed various downstream processes of samples. Utilized different programming languages (Juypter/R Programming) for data analysis and creating graphical visualizations for presentations.Adept at approaching problems from a diverse range of perspective, and leveraged on critical and strategic thinking skills to derive valuable insights from data analysis results.Co-authored on a high impact factor review paper discussing on microneedles fabrication techniques through additive manufacturing.
