  Manager of Dealer Central ANZ - This entails complete inventory, Warehousing and order management of a portfolio of $400 Million of Agricultural Machinery across the Australian and New Zealand region. Inventory management consisted of 3 main warehouses in Australia and 2 in NZ plus 3rd party logostics. Managing a team of 7 staff we worked closely with the Internal Sales Management team and the Australian and New Zealand Dealer Distribution outlet consisting of 90 dealer outlets in AU and 30 dealer outlets in NZ. The priority was to deliver our customers requirements 1st time and in 1st class representation to Dealers and Farmers for their requirements and in ontime best in class delivery. 360 degree feedback, continuous improvement, better collaboration involving solutions to systems, forecasting, staff training, development, risk mitigation, freight and logistics, strategic planning resulted in the Dealer Central Department achieving continuous sales and revenue growth year on year for over 10 year period. Revenue and turnover improved from $200 Million in 2010 when i first started to over $400 Million in 2021 when i left the role in Dealer Central to then lead the SAP integration for the company as Project Manager.
