  Part of the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan (Housing QLD) team which received $1.2 billion of Federal funding as part of the Federal Government $42 billion stimulus package released in 2009/2010.The Project Services team was responsible for delivering 4000 units of affordable housing accommodation across a two year period.On this project I was working within a driven and ambitious team of property professionals to deliver this program on time and budget. I was equally responsible for accelerating over 750 units of accommodation as part of this package and my roles included; assessment of suitable sites, fast-tracking the projects through design phases and tender process; and moving into a project management role during construction.   Exposure to retail development delivering a fast food precinct (5 x tenancies) at Highfields Village Shopping Centre in Toowoomba value approximately $7mil. Role included tenancy coordination, leasing assistance, marketing, development related tasks and working with a Senior Development/Construction Manager overseeing the construction of the food tenancies (new building) and 1200sq.m extension to the existing Woolworths.
