      Researcher

Actively participated in remote research training on molecular techniques and data analysis, conducting experiments, data collection, and analysis to contribute to ongoing research projects. In molecular techniques, we first extract RNA and convert it into cDNA.After that, we collect the samples of the cDNA, we design or buy primers for the cDNA and amplify it using PCR or Thermocycle. So, basically the PCR multiplies the cDNA and the primer several times. After this, we measure the gene expression compared to the control. In data analysis, supposedly there are three different treatments from different hospitals, so when we do the statistical analysis, we see the severity of the patients receiving different treatments by measuring the immunoglobulin concentration. We see which group has the highest immunoglobulin quantification. Then, we calculate the mean value of the different treatment groups. We see how much variability is there in the different treatment groups by calculating the Standard Error(SE) or the Standard Deviation(SD).SAS, R and SPSS are used for statistical analysis to see whether there is significant difference or not between the two treatment groups.SPSS, SAS and R are used as a one way analogue and INOVA can be used as a one way or a two way analogue. The SE is high if there is no significant difference between the two treatment groups and when the SE is low, only then there is significant difference between the two treatment groups.
