With Knowledge in ISO17025 and ISO/TS16949.•Review and analyze MSA (Measurement system analysis) data to all ITME (Instrument and Test Measuring Equipment) with MSA requirement.•Qualifying External Calibration Laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards•Create and revises specs to improve procedures on the system.•Perform 8D/CCAR/ICAR response.•Knowledge in FMEA.•Present during audit internal or customer.Reliability •Perform Reliability ESD stress test (CDM, HBM, MM) & Latch-up in reference to JEDEC and customer standard•Perform Reliability solder reflow profiling in align with JEDEC(Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) and customer requirement•Perform Reliability CSAM (C-mode Acoustic Microscopy).•Reviews customer datasheet specifications and requirements for Rel ESD stress test.
