  I have been working as a Cost & Commercial Manager, in a Project Controls envrionment for BAA. My duties involved Contract Administration on various forms of NEC3 Contract, managing and reporting on project costs throughout the lifecycle of a project and managing change (client and project). I have mainly worked on baggage and IT projects ranging in values from £0.5m to £35m, on a multi billion pound programme of works.Other duties included, providing Cost Management / Estimating duties on a Nuclear Fusion Reactor in the South of France along with a new build reactor in the UK. As well as been the cost lead for several EFA Capital batches within the UK. Show less
