  My main task was to develop internal logistics in Dental Unit production factory. The task included a school project, which subject was " the week-cycle analysis of the materials in the production and automation of re-order system". The main thing was to calculate and identify week cycle values for the materials. Those values were used for the re-order system automation. I was piloting a new system in ERP which uses materials inventory balance to create automatically orders from the material warehouse. Re-ordering points for the materials were calculated and tested in the system. Show less

  The subject of my Masters Thesis is to develop internal logistics processes and material flows. The goal of the research is to find objects to develop in internal logistics processes and to locate for example waste material flows. Research is executed by interviewing and observing different process actions. Material flow research is executed by broad material flow analysis. In the analysis the main data of material flows (e.g receiving, warehouse, etc) is collected and gathered from the ERP-system to MS Excel. In the analysis is used analyzing methods like ABC analysis with "matrix analysis". One part of the research is to develop material flow cost tool.   I am running a keyrole of whole end to end Supply Chain development in Best Friend business at Nordic Petcare together with our team.The main responsible areas are in overall SC management and development with the goal of securing excellent item availability and service levels for our customers. From process development perspective we are aiming all the time to increase ISCM in Best Friend Group and by that way make Best Friend Group and our stakeholders businesses running stronger.
