Responsible for auditing gaming tax and regulatory compliance of Nevada's largest 164 casinos in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.   Appointed as a Commissioner for the Nevada Commission on Ethics in July 2009 by Governor Jim Gibbons, and reappointed in November 2011 by Governor Brian Sandoval. Served as Vice-Chairman of the Commission from May 2013 through October 2015. The Commission is responsible for administering and enforcing Nevada's ethics in government laws which are applicable to in excess of 100,000 state, county and local government public officers and employees.
