Proposes and administers the annual budget for professional development for the Virginia home visiting field; ensuring fiscally responsive use of resources. Partners with key stakeholders and organizations during COVID-19 pandemic on an innovative collaboration to design and develop professional skill development for home visitors and supervisors across the country to provide services virtually. Manages a remote team at the Health Education Design Group at James Madison University of over ten staff who design professional development opportunities to address inequities and disparities in maternal and infant health, socio-economic levels, trauma, and other systemic issues that hinder the flourishing of families.
