  Project manager in the Romanian Design Studio for Renault. In charge of designers team, 3D Alias modellers, 3D A-class modellers, following the 1:1 clay model, project planning, link with engineering department, with product planning.Responsible for the organisation of my team in order to keep the milestones and the quality of the project, making sure that the design intention is respected by the 3D modeling team, A-class modelers while we meet as well the feasibility requirements. My engineering background is a plus in helping our team understanding and respecting the constraints.I am also the interface with the engineering and project teams, in link with the top management of our company, participating to decision and strategic meetings during the project.I am one of the studio's ambassadors giving large audience presentations in front of our teams to present our projects and to motivate our collaborators.Involved in training and growing awareness of our teams into design process and collaboration between Design studio and engineering.I am also involved in HR improvement teams that work to grow our teams well-being together with corporate values.   - Writer of parenting articles based on my personal experience as a "new" father. Stories meant to inform and help other fathers in the same situation as me. - Co writer for a blog made with my wife to help to educate the users of the Bucharest metro trains. It was a funny way to pass important messages to people.I was in charge of the caricatures and all the visual content, together with the tips and tricks articles.
