  CURRENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Ensure adequate safety standards on site and protection to existing services, complying with the safety requirements of both the Company and the Client.-Carry out actions as agreed upon with the consultant, following through job assignments until completion, maintaining quality standards & ensuring highest level of productivity.-Give the necessary job instructions and guidance to subordinates, supervising their work and gaining their confidence, cooperation and support by all appropriate means.-Prepare progress and cost reports, plant, labour, machinery and materials requirements. -Attend meetings with the Client/Consultants and coordination meetings with the various service departments.-Monitor the progress of the works and meet the work targets as per the programs, charts and critical paths approved by the Management.
