I am responsible to make orders as timely as possible, keep my work area clean, make sure all items needed are where they need to be in order for the kitchen to run smoothly. Other duties include buzzing via pager system a waitress to notify them that their next order is finished, packaging to go orders, making sure everyone is on task and helping each other out when needed.
