  1. Responsible for O&M of 62 km long Double circuit 132 KV Transmission line (Both Port & Traction).2. Responsible for O&M of 62 km long Non-Government Railway electrical system (OHE) from Bhadrak/Ranital link to Dhamra Terminal Yard.3. Ensure proper maintenance of 132 KV Feeder bays at Bhadrak Grid & maintenance of 132 KV Transmission line from Bhadrak Grid to Dhamra Port sub-station(132/6.9 KV & 132/33 KV).4. Maintenance of Railway 132/27 KV Traction sub-station along with a Line-in-Line-out (LILO) sub-station at Gurdaspur. 4. Assist in controlling Power Distribution of DPCL (it includes Port electrical with FLSmidth, Traction OHE with MERIT SCADA, DG sets with KIRLOSKAR, 11 KV with NESCO).5. Assist for smooth execution of all project works in co-ordination with HOWE i.e. second circuit stringing of 132 KV transmission line, extension of switchyard, power supply to new township & all substations of 33/11 KV.6. Responsible for O&M of township substation & controlling power distribution in addition to keeping record of power consumption & billing of entire colony.7.
