  Working within the Capability and Engagement team, I partnered with People and Culture and the Executive and Senior Leadership teams to deliver engaging employee communication experiences. I helped shape our corporate social investment initiatives to align with our values to have a positive, sustainable impact in our communities. This included the creation of a Community Engagement Annual Report. A key achievement at Bis was introducing an employee engagement / communications tool to the business. In the project team my role was to: - Develop and execute the communications plan for launch. - Help lead the rollout to 20+ sites across Australia and Indonesia. - Leader training and development of training documents. - Manage the platform post rollout, provide monthly reporting and develop and implement engagement plans.
