  Each year, DuraGreen Marketing imported greenhouse polyethylene from Israel and Germany in master rolls. Most of the greenhouse poly was very technical for specific growing environments. We re-rolled the poly into sizes that would work on each individual grower's greenhouse operation, shipping to North, Central and South America.

  In 2010, I completed my 7th full year as the Broker / Owner of Coldwell Banker All Stars Realty, obtaining nearly $38 million in home sales that year. Originally, our office was located in Mount Dora, Florida, but I added two Coldwell Banker All Stars offices in 2006 at the beach of the Atlantic Ocean: one in Ponce Inlet and one in Daytona Beach Shores. We grew the business to more than 65 agents working within these 3 offices. However, as the real estate industry continued to decline, I made the decision to merge our beach offices in June 2010 with larger offices in the area. In November, 2010, I determined to also merge the Mount Dora office as well. This has allowed me the freedom to go back and work full time as a Realtor, one of my first loves. Our family also owns two motocross (motorcycle) race facilities -- in Bithlo and Waldo, Florida. Previously, I owned Sunbelt Marketing Services, Inc.,which was an advertising/marketing agency specializing in the marketing of horticultural and agricultural companies and Country Carousel, Inc., which was a product marketing and sales company servicing the agricultural and horticultural industries. SMS gained a reputation for corporate identification packages, specifically logo creations. I published more than 100 articles in various trade magazines and newspapers.   A multi-million producer with ERA Grizzard Real Estate, five years in a row. In November, 2010, I merged my former company, Coldwell Banker All Stars Realty, Mount Dora, with ERA Grizzard. ERA was voted the #1 ERA office in the United States for 2011 and again in 2012. With more than 120 agents, it is the largest real estate company in Lake County, Florida, with a commanding market share, and the largest ERA office in Florida.
