My team and I demonstrated consistent value delivery of cost savings, risk reduction, and improved customer and employee journeys. While the automation program was expanding across the Bancorp, with new technology and teams to support continued growth, I coordinated the creation of the program's Center of Excellence and continue to drive aggressive value goals. Maintaining process and relationships through the journey to scale was critical to my team and the program's overall success. Becoming a Product Owner perfectly combined my passion for process and relationship building. The opportunity was presented to me to continue building automation at the Bank, assisting internal teams and external customers through technology. Supporting Operations, I reviewed processes for automation feasibility and through production launches. I was a thought leader for the Agile mindset and adoption of Scrum practices for my team and internal customers. Supporting the commercial Cash Processing Solutions product, I enhanced and supported the department's customized project management tool. I collaborated to create procedures that enabled standardized customer support. During the Bank's merger, I was asked to pivot to the Cash Vault product to cleanse customer data and manage the process for automated input. I learned that a streamlined process and excellent documentation serve both the internal team and customer. In this role, I supported commercial customers with the implementation of the headlining Cash Processing Solutions product - "smart" safes. I proactively identified the needs of my customers and internally streamlined processes for vendor installation. Maintaining relationships with my customers, vendors, and team was critical and a learning I continue to take forward in my career. The OLP provides the opportunity to drive value in a challenging production and process-driven environment. I had four roles over two years that were complimented by a leadership focused curriculum. I was able to hone a skillset of adaptability, process sustainability, collaboration, and communication. I most enjoyed building new relationships and processes across Operations.
