  Telecommunications Engineer for Support, Development and Implementation of Interactive Voice Response type platforms, working mostly with American Express platform for analysis, monitoring and troubleshoot of their voice services platform, also attend customers such as Telcel, Telmex, Maxcom , Axtel, Tecmarketing, Claro Peru and more.ACHIEVEMENTS► I was in charge of receiving customer calls, raise tickets and troubleshoot incidents; I was 90% designated to American Express IVR Project, as they were English Speaking customers, the rest of the time I attended all other customers.► In American Express Project I did Pro-Active Monitoring, Remote Platform Maintenance, Continual service improvements but also I Planed, Re-Configured and Integrate node components like Databases, IVR´s, Signaling Server and TTS Server within all the other node components.► By personal initiative I established to have a weekly Audio-Conference call with American Express, so I spoke with people from Phoenix, Canada and India once a week in order to check all the Incidents we had during the week or track the existing ones.► For a while I had the opportunity to lead the Helpdesk Department, so I had the chance to do improvements in some areas like the Customer Satisfaction Perception, With the other engineers we optimize knowledge acquisition process by documenting all the recurrent cases in a "Follow this Steps" format, in order to improve the incident attention time and fit into the agreed SLA´s.
