  I began with United Studios of Self Defense in 1990. USSD at the time had 5 successful Martial Arts studios within the San Diego area., By 1995 I had the opportunity to assist in opening 15 more successful locations. My job description entailed marketing, teaching martial arts until a permanent instructor filled that location, and billing. In 2010 I went on to a specialty instructor teaching, and marketing through out the 100 location throughout the nation.

  Mikki St. Germain is the visionary CEO and Founder of KeepOnSharing, a new social media platform empowering businesses to list their products, services, and events at no cost. With a career rooted in marketing excellence, St. Germain began her professional journey as Head of Marketing for GTE Mobile Net (now Verizon). Her marketing expertise led to her appointment as the San Diego Regional Marketing Director with United Studios of Self Defense where she played a pivotal role in opening over 20 franchise locations. Along with earning her 2nd degree black belt. An unconventional leader, St. Germain made history in sports by coaching high school football, and becoming the only female Head Coach to win a Super Bowl in the Unlimited Division in 2015. She is also a published author, international keynote speaker, and advocate for student-athlete health. Through her company, Complete Coverage Football, she partnered with the Saving Hearts Foundation at UCLA to provide free heart screenings, helping prevent sudden cardiac arrest among student-athletes. Her dedication to community service is reflected in extensive volunteer work. She has collaborated with Hands On San Diego, led a backpack drive with the San Diego Padres, and initiated the San Clemente Children’s Toy Drive with the local Family Resource Center, a tradition that continues to benefit children today. Mikki St. Germain’s remarkable achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including: 2015 – *Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award* from President Obama for her contributions to volunteer service 2016 – Women of Influence Nominee 2022 –She Inspires Me Award 2023 – Woman of Achievement Rising Star Award 2024 – Woman of the Year Award from Women Appreciating Women (WAW), England 2024 – Induction into the WAW Hall of Fame 2024 – *Honorary Doctorate – Humanitarian Award Show less
