  Tim Sznewajs is a Managing Director within D.A. Davidson & Co.'s Investment Banking practice. Tim works with Engineering & Construction industry firms, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, capital-raising assignments, and other general financial advisory matters.Before joining D.A. Davidson & Co., Tim served as Co-Head of Investment Banking for FMI Capital Advisors. During his nine year tenure at FMI, he worked exclusively with Engineering & Construction industry firms, originating and leading numerous high profile infrastructure industry transactions.Tim graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Economics and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; he graduated from both institutions with high honors. Tim is a 2012 winner of the M&A Advisor's "40 under 40" award; he also holds a General Securities Principal license (Series 24) from the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA.
