  As a partner in a boutique law firm, I co-led an ambitious project to develop Romania’s first legal chatbot focused on labour law — a tool meant to make legal guidance more accessible and user-friendly mostly for HR profesionals. It was an exciting blend of law and tech, and a bold attempt to modernize how people interact with legal services.While the chatbot didn’t make it to market as we hoped, the experience deepened my perspective on legal innovation and client needs. Ultimately, the firm shifted focus back to traditional legal services — and I carried forward a strong belief in the value of clear, approachable, and tech-aware legal support. Show less
