  The journey to self-knowledge has many paths. In Samayoga I found playfullness, softness, flow, wisdom through Vedanta, challenge and a lot of heart. This combination of tools gave me support to get in contact with my heart and a journey to self-knowledge. In the Yoga I share I bring in the elements as a reminder of our connection to earth and to rest in our body and accept what is.
