      Assignments• Naspers (8 months): Sarbanes Oxley Project - documentation and evaluation phases of the SOX 404 readiness project for Multichoice South Africa and MultiChoice Africa.• St Peter’s Preparatory School (1 month): Review of the feasibility study for the introduction of a girls’ preparatory school, highlighting findings and recommendations that came to attention during involvement. The review involved performing an arithmetic review of the Excel models for accuracy of formulae and evaluating assumptions used within the feasibility study against the industry norm and best practice.• Gold Fields (4 months): Support with the financial year-end spending a significant amount of time within the creditors’ department. The work involved supervision of staff in removing a backlog in reconciliations and creditor queries. Process re-engineering – measuring the Gold Fields Shared Services as it existed, against the characteristics of South African Shared Service Centres.
