  The "Skills for Tomorrow" Program aims to contribute to the search for new solutions on the empowerment of young people in peripheral areas of large cities while taking into account the problems related to their environment. The program takes place in 6 countries: Benin; Burkina Faso; Ivory Coast; Guinea; Mali and Senegal. The program aims at setting up Social Innovation Laboratories (LABIS) with their own animation program and their inclusion in an ecosystem of local, national and international collaborations. The activity of the LABIS will be articulated around 2 axes: - Reinforce the employability and the capacity for self-employment of young people by including, as far as possible, the use of digital tools.- Reinforce the civic commitment of young people in connection with other local actors in favor of socio-economic changes in their territory.At the same time, an action-research will be carried out on these themes throughout the program.The LABIS coordinator coordinates the implementation of the "Skills for Tomorrow" program in the country. This role involves supporting corporate partnerships, developing a pipeline of partners, following up on proposals and pursuing grant opportunities for the program. DigiFemmes is a holistic, 100% free technical assistance program funded by the U.S. government (USAID and Millennium Challenge Corporation) in partnership with Microsoft, aimed at building the capacity of women entrepreneurs in Côte d'Ivoire to run and grow successful businesses by leveraging digital skills and data analytics to make their businesses more successful and profitable. The program aims to equip 50 Ivorian women entrepreneurs based in Abidjan (main capital) and San Pedro (a city).
