      IT Change Manager looking after the ITIL based changes at the Bank Of New Zealand. Ensuring that the changes presented meet the agreed change compliance standards. Technical Lead for NT4 Server remediation project. Looking at the moving off Windows NT4 to the latest and greatest os of the time, and looking at how we could upgrade applications, whilst maintaining continuity. Implemented Tellers Customer Systems to 180 branches with New Zealand. This was a significant change, moving from green screen technology to a Windows based system.
